Breyer Horses is proud to present a new sculpture by Sue Carlton Sifton in their Mid Year Introduction releases. Breyer presents Smart Chic Olena as a model horse. He is a champion performance American Quarter Horse. This Breyer Smart Chic Olena is posed in a proud walking prance with his mane and tail blowing in the wind. This model horse is a chestnut with all the detailing of the real horse! Not every stallion can be a world champion, let alone one of the top sires of his breed. But a flashy sorrel American Quarter Horse named Smart Chic Olena is all that - and more. An equine Michael Jordan, he's the only horse in history to earn American Quarter Horse Association world championships in both cutting and reining! With career earnings totaling $167,471, Chic was retired to stud in 1993 where he immediately established his dominance in the field as well, siring look-alike world champions and futurity winners who have earned millions in reining, cutting, and reined cow horse events. Today, Smart Chic Olena remains one of the breed's top all-around performance sires.
